Don’t wait for the snow to melt or for 60-degree temperatures to start preparing for Lacrosse Season! Join us two nights in February as we give you a Mental Workout!
Come learn from the best of the best what it takes to have an elite mentality!
You will be joined by the Mental Performance Coaches from RJ Performance Group as well as players and coaches from the Westminster Women’s Lacrosse team.
You can’t practice during this time anyway, so why not get your mind prepared?
